What are the delivery charges?
Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders — bank transfer and debit or credit card payments — with no minimum spend.
Cash on Delivery orders carry a flat shipping charge of Rs.250, regardless of order value.
What is the delivery timing?
We aim to deliver your order within 4-7 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that there may be some instances where the delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, stock depletion, bad weather conditions, or logistical load on our courier services.
In such cases, we will make every effort to ensure that your package is delivered to you as soon as possible. If you have an urgent order that you need delivered quickly, please contact us on our helpline numbers for swift assistance.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot and Gujranwala.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
